I did think all the texting while we were getting off the plane and waiting for luggage was excessive! I set pickup for 0900 knowing my flight landed at 0805, giving time for using the restroom, grabbing luggage etc. the constant texting to see where we were was not necessary. I appreciate your timeliness, but you have to consider how huge JFK is also and it takes time to deplane etc!

Was at LGA airport and told the trip to Hyatt Place in Times Square would be $80 however they failed to inform me that they charged extra for tolls. The trip ended up costing $156. This company is shady and took advantage of a single mom with her 2 boys in the airport! Disgusting! They also charged an auto gratuity. I had $100 bill and was ready to pay the $80 with a $20 tip!
